things made along the way.
Things change, and how I work has changed with them. What follows is seven years of branding, product and marketing work in one place, grouped by discipline rather than chronology. Tap any project for the details. Baki, Wrong Room and Kitzoomer are the only projects with a full case behind them — and two of these ship something better than a case, a live demo you can drive: Smart itineraries and the Enablement Engine.

A digital-goods store I designed, priced and shipped alone: 61 consecutive months of sales, 2,576 followers, ~110 SKUs and 1,540,440 JPY in cumulative revenue. In 2026 I audited it product by product and rewrote the roadmap on what came back — the best sellers were the accessories the tool doesn't ship with, not the presets, and the long decline tracked publishing cadence, not season.

One campaign message rebuilt for twelve native placements — story, feed, portrait, link banner, leaderboard, OOH, A4 one-pager, deck slide, email header, thumbnail, avatar and cover — with the six rules deciding what survives each crop. Three of the twelve are 16:9 and share nothing else: the ratio never decided the layout, the context did. Fictional brand-neutral product; no client work.
